1. How long does it take for application approval?
Usually 1-2 days.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship most orders within 1-2 days if the merchandise is in stock. If you know you will be placing a large order, we ask that you
send us an email as early as possible with an estimated quantity and the date you will need your order.
3. Does the wholesale discount apply to everything you sell on your site?
No. The discount does not apply to Clearance, Close Out Priced items, Complete Party Packages and may not be combined with our
Monthly Specials.
4. Can I get a discount on the Complete Party Packages?
At this time we are offering 3 FREE GUESTS with the purchase of any of our complete party theme packages. This offer is based on
Original Package Prices and not combined with any current sale prices.
5. Can I get FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. Wholesale orders of $49 or more we will give you Free Shipping. "New 1st time" customer orders of only $25 Ship Free!
6. How do I get wholesale pricing.
Simply shop our site for any items you would like a wholesale quote on. You then email us the list of items you are interested in. Please refer to the item by the name listed above the picture.
We will quote you our best price. We will send you a Pay Pal Invoice once you confirm your order.
7. Can I place my order over the phone?
Emailing us is the fastest way to get an answer, but we will return all calls with 1- 2 days. Pay Pal handles all our orders and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice, which must be paid prior to shipment. You may pay using your Pay Pal Account, Credit Card or
E-check. ( there is usually a 5-9 day wait for e-check clearance)
