Sorry but Dress Up Clothes and Party Favors cannot be sold as new by us once they have left our warehouse. This is why all of our dresses are inspected by hand for quality prior to shipping. We also provide very specific sizing information on all our dresses. We are always working to add more choices to accomidate your Special Princess and all her friends.

Order Cancellations

  Order cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipping.

We now charge a .30 cancellation fee to cover the Pay Pal Penalty that we must now pay.

    If your order was already packed then there will be a $10 restocking charge.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US IF YOUR ORDER IS A RUSH ORDER.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT SHIP AND WILL NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR YOUR PARTY, IF YOU DID NOT NOTIFY US OF YOUR PARTY DATE.
